We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays.
Once your order has been shipped, Note To Self Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
