We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply no longer want the item.
Please ensure all details (including personalisation, colours, and product choice) are correct before placing your order.
π Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
- Include your order number
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Or a refund (where appropriate)

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once your order has been dispatched.
However, if your order appears lost please contact us and we will assist where possible.
