All orders are handmade and prepared to order.

Please allow:

• 2–5 business days for order processing (before shipping)

During busy periods (such as sales, holidays, or Mother’s Day), processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

 

🚚 Shipping Timeframes (Australia)

Once your order has been dispatched:

• Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post and may vary.

 

⏳ Delays

While we work hard to dispatch orders quickly, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Australia Post network delays
• Peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day)
• Weather or unforeseen circumstances

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal carrier and outside of our control.

 

📍 Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking where available.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

📬 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

• Additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order

 

📦 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

We will always do our best to help, however:

• We are not responsible for lost parcels once confirmed delivered by the carrier

 

🎁 Multiple Items / Split Shipments

In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

 

💝 Gifting & Special Occasions

If your order is for a special date (e.g. Mother’s Day), we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
